Naija Lands and Properties operates purely as a property sourcing, discovery, and matchmaking platform. We connect prospective buyers, renters, and investors with real estate developers, property owners, or authorized agents within the Nigerian real estate sector.

4. Concerning Sourcing Duration

When you fill and submit any sourcing form on our website, it takes 24 to 72 hours for us to be able to get you what you want. Even if we do not get you the exact property you want, we can get you something similar or better depending on local market availability, budget parameters, and seasonal trends.

5. Concerning the Developers We Work With

We work with credible developers in Nigeria who have the right properties for sale at the right price. Once we connect you to a developer, you are responsible for carrying out due diligence as to the legitimacy of the property. We might help if you request us to carry out the due diligence explicitly as an extended service, but the primary ultimate legal and structural verification falls upon you as the prospective transactor.

6. Concerning IP (Internet Protocol) and Data Collection

We collect IP when you contact us through the contact form on our page or use the property search form. It helps us screen and determine legit requests and also it helps us detect malicious requests, prevent fraudulent activities, and maintain systemic framework security against electronic threats.

7. Limitation of Liability

Redsail Global Solutions Nigeria Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any transactional arrangements, agreements, or disputes structuralized between you and any third-party real estate developers or agents introduced via our matching portal.

8. Governance and Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in alignment with the federal and state laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any statutory conflicts shall be processed exclusively within relevant Nigerian tribunals.
